Use the arcade responsibly

You may use the site for personal, classroom, and other lawful educational purposes. You are responsible for the content you put in lists and share. Do not include private student data, unlawful material, malware, harassment, or content you do not have permission to use.

Your content

Your word lists remain yours. They are stored locally or encoded in links and are not submitted to us. You grant no content license to the operator merely by using the app.

Availability

The service is provided free of charge and “as is.” We aim to keep it useful and available, but cannot promise uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, or suitability for a particular lesson. Keep a copy of important source lists.

Classroom decisions

Games support practice; they do not grade, assess, or make decisions about students. Teachers remain responsible for checking content and deciding how it is used.

Changes

We may improve the app or update these terms. A new date will appear above when material terms change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
